Initially, I intended to use this space for NaNoWriMo ('04). I've since changed my mind. In general, this space will deal with the various things I'm doing as a writer and editor, but will occasionally delve into the personal as well. As if there are blogs that don't.

2 of your favorite authors? Got me guessing.... Just a little clue?
Well, okay. This one we've actually published before. He became one of my favorite authors when I became aware of his existence. He had a book come out about the same time we published him and has another available for pre-order right now.
The other one is someone that I've sorta kinda known for about fifteen years. A short story writer from Chicago who's guest edited all the big zines and has three short story collections himself that are transcendent. When some friends and I started a theater company back in '90, we adapted one of his short stories to the stage as our first production. The director had far more contact with him than I did, but as the producer, I got to know him a little bit.
They're both great, great writers. I'm very, very excited. Still working on lining up a few more. Watch this space!
Oh those are easy! Well, the second one anyway. I've pretty sure about the first. That's gonna be great.
